Propaganda During World War 2
This poster was created by the American Government. It's target Audience was men and women on the home front. It told them that they should only eat what they needed to and ration there food so they could send more to the troops oversea's. They picture a man holding up his cup like he is saying thank you to the citizens who rationed there food so that he could eat oversea's. The saying on it is saying that if Americans don't eat as much the soldiers will have more to eat. This piece of propaganda wasn't put up to get men to enlist it was to get women children and anyone else to help in a way they could when they couldn't enlist to fight.

Good analysis of the propaganda. Did Canada have any similar pieces?
